The Miller Memories

We have felt Dutch was ready for potty training for quite some time now, but because of his C Diff we held off.  On a couple of occasions Dan would let Dutch sit on his little potty and try to go after a bath and Dutch had some success.  After a random #2 in his little potty one night, I woke up the next morning and decided it was time.  Dutch took to it right away!  I let him pick out his own big boy underwear to wear and he's really only had 2-3 accidents (all within the first week).  We are now about 5 weeks in and he's doing amazing!  He only uses the regular potty all day and I put his little potty in his room at night.  He stays dry during his naps (that started about 3 days in) and he stays dry overnight (starting about 5 days in).  He's doing so well that he makes ALL his business in the potty and no longer wears pull ups at night. Dutch fell asleep in the car the other day.  I tried to wake him up when we got home, but nothing worked.  He was TIRED!  I carried him into the house, but didn't want to go to far into the house because Baker was still in his car seat, so I just laid Dutch down on the hallway rug.  He slept there for about an hour!
