The Miller Memories

Dutch has been 'talking' more lately.  I was trying to take a video of him smiling, but he felt like talking instead.

The title of this post may be a bit misleading since Dutch is not actually laughing yet, but he is trying.  He smiles really big and makes a little grunting sound.  You can tell he has something that he wants to come out, he's just not quite sure how to do it yet.  I took these pictures of him this morning...sorry they are kind of grainy I took them with my cell phone.

Sorry its been a while since the last post.  Things are going smoothly here.  We've had a lot of visitors and Dutch has loved the attention he gets from all of them! Our first week home Capri's Mom, Deborah, came up to help us out.  It was great to have her here!  She was a huge help with the daily needs and with Capri's post-partum emotional ups and downs.  Jason was able to come up that Friday and do some fishing, although the fish weren't biting...oh well maybe next time. The following Sunday Dan's parents headed this way.  It was good having someone here those first few days of week 2 at home, especially when Capri had to go to the Dr and Grandma and Pawpaw were able to babysit their new grandson. We're glad that Dutch was able to spend so much time with all of his grandparent's and hope that will continue. Here are more pictures of growing little Dutch:
