If you moustache...

After dinner on Wednesday Dutch said he wanted a moustache. I told him to hold his finger over his lip and pretend, but Daddy did one better. Dutch loved his moustache!!

Yesterday morning, right after coming to the family room, Dutch said: "Baker's hair is very dirty and handsome." I don't know how he comes up with this stuff!

Bathtime Babies

The boys had their first bath together and it went really well.  Baker LOVED it!  Dutch liked it until Baker splashed him in the face, then he wanted Baker out of the bath.

No PB&J for Baker

I gave Baker some toast with a very thin layer of peanut butter on it today. Let's just say I won't do that again. Little guy had a reaction pretty quickly. In total he ate about 1/3 of a piece of peanut butter toast. After about 3 minutes he looked like this: Then his eye started itching pretty badly and he looked like this about 10 minutes later: I of course proceeded to read about peanut allergy reactions. Baby Center warns not to expose him again because he could have a severe reaction. Poor guy, his list of reactive foods is getting larger! Here are a couple of cute/funny pics of him though. (Cute if you ignore the swollen red hives on his face that is.)

Capri: 30 Years!

Last Sunday I turned 29 again :)  Dan surprised me with a delicious cake and celebration with my boys. Dutch loved having an alien on his head. Baker did not care for it too much. Okay, I'll admit that I turned 30 and I must say it was one of my best celebrations!

Bowl-ful of Fun

Image
Baker has discovered that the cabinets open and that new worlds (meaning 'toys') lie within.  This has reminded Dutch that he likes searching the cabinets as well. "Yay! We got all the bowls." "Wait Momma, we missed one.  Let me toss it out"   Throwing a bowl at Baker.  It scared Baker! "I did not care for that Momma." "Hold my hand and help me out of the cabinet, like Baker, Momma." "Hee hee!"
